Elevate your sandwich game with this festive brie and cranberry sandwich. Very simple to make and cooked to perfection in the revolutionary air fryer. If you don't have an air fryer, you can cook this under a grill at 200 degrees for 2-3 minutes.

Ingredients
1 tsp Olive Oil
4 Slices Sourdough Bread
150g Brie
2 tsp Cranberry Sauce
Knob of Butter
Method
Heat the pan over a medium heat, add in the oil and butter.
Whilst this is melting, take 2 pieces of the sourdough and layer a few slices of brie onto each piece. Then take the other two slices of sourdough and spread 1 tsp of cranberry on one side of each slice of bread.
Take the slices of bread with cranberry and place this on top of pieces with the brie.
Add them to the pan and allow to fry for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden. Then, add both sandwiches into the air fryer at 200 degrees for 2 minutes. Remove from the air fryer, half each sandwich and serve immediately.
